1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services with Cardinal Maids or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

Cardinal Maids provides residential cleaning services as agreed upon at booking. Service details, pricing, and scope will be outlined prior to appointment confirmation.

For homes that are dirtier and/or larger than average, a custom or deep clean charge will be required. Homes that are move-in/out will require a move in/out charge. Homes requiring pickup, organizing, or clearing of clutter prior to cleaning may incur a pickup fee of $50 for the whole home or $10 per room, depending on the amount of preparation needed. To avoid pickup fees, clients may choose to exclude affected rooms from cleaning.

We do not service homes with rodents or insects.

We cannot service homes that have animal waste, human waste, dead animals, or anything else that may be hazardous to a person's health.

Pricing does not include any parking fees.

If you're unhappy with a clean you must contact us within 24 hours. We will send a team back over to fix missed areas.

3. Booking & Payment

Payment is due as outlined at booking. Late payments may result in service suspension. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Advance notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in your service agreement.

5. Access to Property

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. If access is not available, a lockout fee may apply.

6. SMS Communications Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications related to appointments, service updates, billing notifications, customer support, and optional promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cardinal Maids is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed prior to service. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
