Do I need to be home?
If you can’t be home while we clean, don’t sweat it! On our booking page you can let us know where you left the key in the comment box. Please put away any necessary pets if you’re not home!
Supplies and equipment?
It’s all included! If you have a specific cleaner for specific surfaces please just leave it out and we’d be happy to use it as you instruct.
Do I need to prepare for you?
Please pick up clutter and clear surfaces you would like cleaned. We’re happy to pick up a few items off a coffee table, but if it’s too cluttered we won’t be able to get to it.
How do I pay?
We’ll take your credit card information when you book. However we do not charge your card until after the clean is completed.
The night before your clean a hold will be placed on your card to make sure the card is valid. While some banks may show this as a “pending” transaction, this is not a charge.
Cancellation/Reschedule policy
You can cancel your clean by calling in or by logging in online, no questions asked.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled clean there is a $50 fee.

We interview every cleaner in person and truly only hire people with a friendly demeanor.
We also run a national background check on every cleaner before they step foot into your home.
If you love your cleaner we’re happy to keep sending the same team back!

We’ll send the same team every clean so they can learn exactly how you want your home cleaned.
You’re recurring service will automatically re-book itself based on your chosen frequency. We can come the same day and time every time!
Do you have home size limits?
- Studio or 1 Bedroom – Up to 1,000 sq. ft.
- 2 Bedrooms – Up to 1,600 sq. ft.
- 3 Bedrooms – Up to 2,000 sq. ft.
- 4 Bedrooms – Up to 2,900 sq. ft.
- 5 Bedrooms – Up to 3,200 sq. ft.
- 6 Bedrooms – Up to 3,500 sq. ft.
- 7 Bedrooms – Up to 3,900 sq. ft.
What is the recurring service & discount policy?
Q: What qualifies as a recurring service?
A: recurring service means consistent cleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule. Q: Do I get a discount for recurring services? A: Yes! We offer a 10% discount for clients on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring schedules. Q: What happens if I cancel or reschedule my recurring cleaning? A: We allow one courtesy reschedule per cycle. However, frequent cancellations or multiple reschedules may cause your account to revert to standard one-time pricing. Q: What if I go more than 90 days (3 months) without a cleaning? A: If there is no cleaning scheduled or completed within 90 days, your account will be treated as a one-time cleaning and will no longer qualify for the recurring discount. Q: How can I re-qualify for the recurring discount if I’ve lost it? A: Simply complete two consecutive recurring cleanings on schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and your 10% discount will be reinstated. Q: Can exceptions be made? A: We understand emergencies and special circumstances happen. Exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our management team.
